FSE Cloud Classroom is live — explore helpful resources for your courses and students

FSE Cloud Classroom is a virtual environment hosted in the cloud that provides Fulton Schools students with immediate access to the software used in many engineering courses directly from a browser window. The FSE Cloud Classroom runs in the cloud and is independent of your computer’s operating system so Windows-based software can be accessed on a Mac Laptop and vice versa!

Register for Dare to Lead this fall — course begins September 8

Dare to Lead™ is a professional development opportunity for students and staff. Based on the grounded theory research of Dr. Brené Brown, this Dare to Lead course is an interactive leadership workshop you have never experienced before. It will teach you the skill sets of courage to work on and provide operationalized tools that will change how you lead forever.

Apply for Emerging Supervisor Pathway Training

ASU’s Emerging Supervisor Pathway training is a self-paced experience for employees aspiring to become supervisors with no prior experience and those with limited experience who have not yet been admitted to LWD’s Supervisor Development Program. 

Register for the 2022-2023 Global Advocacy Certificate Program

The Global Advocacy Certificate Program, or GACP, is for ASU faculty and staff who desire to cultivate a globally-minded campus through Cultural Intelligence (CI). Participants will broaden their awareness of intercultural topics and learn specific strategies for supporting culturally and linguistically diverse, or CLD, students and scholars in the classroom and workplace to promote a more inclusive community for all.

Register for the 2022 Research Computing Expo, August 1–2

This event will include in-depth and interactive training for vital topics such as using the web portal, the Linux command line, the software module system, job submission, job benchmarking, job profiling, job monitoring, tools for submitting a large number of jobs, as well as how to leverage hardware such as graphics processing units (GPUs) and high memory nodes.

It’s time to apply for the Fall 2022 Supervisor Development Program! Series 41 begins on Wednesday, September 21, 2022. Please be aware that priority will be given to those applicants who are currently supervising staff. Even if you had previously applied for the Supervisor Development Program, we ask that you complete this form again so we have up-to-date information.

While we have an obligation to prepare students for successful futures in their chosen disciplines, let’s not forget our ability to positively impact students in the character realm as well.
