Kory Hedman named director of the Power Systems Engineering Research Center
Kory Hedman, associate professor in the School of Electrical, Computer and Energy Engineering at Arizona State University, has been named the new director of the Power Systems Engineering Research Center, or PSERC. Colbourn’s lifetime of design theory work lands Stanton Medal
Charles Colbourn is the recipient of the 2019 Stanton Medal from the Institute of Combinatorics and its Applications, or ICA, for his lifetime contributions to the discipline of combinatorics.
