The Fulton Schools of Engineering Education Seminars, or SEEdS, is a monthly virtual speaker series previously known as the Teaching Community of Practice that invites all members of the Fulton Schools community to come together regularly to learn about and discuss topics related to engineering education.

What to expect

Each SEEdS seminar is a one-hour virtual session featuring:

  • a brief welcome and overview from the Fulton Schools Learning and Teaching Hub.
  • a guest speaker presentation on an engineering education topic or research area.
  • an interactive discussion and question and answer session.

There are a total of six seminars per year, including three in the fall and three in the spring, offering engaging content that supports faculty development, instructional strategies and innovative learning practices.
