Teaching Community of Practice Meetings
The Teaching Community of Practice, or TCP, is a large group of Fulton Schools faculty and instructors who come together regularly to learn about and discuss topics related to Engineering Education. The group is open to anyone interested in the Fulton Schools community.

- September 2, 2022: Mastery-Based Assessment, with guest speakers Sara Atwood and Kurt DeGoede, Elizabethtown College.
- October 7, 2022: Practicing Imperfection: Cruelty-Free Approaches to Pedagogy and Syllabi, with guest speaker Matt Cheney, Plymouth State University.
- November 4, 2022: Culturally Relevant Pedagogy, with guest speaker Homero Murzi, Virginia Tech.
Educational Technology Workshops
Educational Technology, or EdTech, workshops help instructors to make informed decisions about integrating various tools into their courses by demonstrating technology options and providing expert guidance on pedagogical purpose and implementation.

Research-based Instructional Strategies in Engineering Series
Research-based Instructional Strategies in Engineering, or RISE, is a yearlong foundational program designed to offer actionable instructional ideas specific to teaching and learning in engineering courses.
The Hub is piloting a new approach to the RISE series this academic year, which included a kick-off prior to the semester start and more interactive sessions throughout the semester. Resources from the kick-off can be found in the RISE resource folder.
