Complete Workday training and learn about ASU’s new HR and payroll system

Workday HCM goes live Monday, Dec. 23, 2024. It will replace several current systems, including BrassRing, Career EDGE, PeopleSoft HCM and more.
It is vital that all employees prepare for ASU’s new HR and payroll system by doing the following.

All ASU employees are asked to complete the following web-based training:

Introduction to Workday.
Watch the Workday: Request Time Off video on demand.
Watch the Workday: Enter Time video on demand — only for hourly employees who currently enter time.

Employees with the following roles are asked to complete additional training:

Managers, timekeepers, hiring managers or recruiters.

Those who perform human resources tasks.
