Examinations are very important but also a time of high stress for the students in your classes. Here are a few basic tips that might help improve fairness and overall higher levels of academic integrity.

  • Consider more frequent smaller point assessments.
  • Modify your exam questions so they are unique and differentiated from previous semesters. 
  • Develop a proctoring plan and talk to the students, not only about expectations but allowable and non-allowable resources.
  • Review common online resource websites for your exam questions. If you discover any, issue a DMCA takedown request.
