Attend workshops that support faculty research success

In October, the Office of Research, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship, or ORIEN, will host two workshops to support faculty research success. We invite any Fulton Schools faculty who are interested in these topics to attend.

Understanding broader impacts now
This workshop explores how to develop successful broader impacts plans in today’s funding landscape. After a brief overview of current federal priorities, writing tips and resources, we will have an open-ended discussion with faculty panelists. They will share successes and lessons learned and answer your questions.

Supporting undergraduates as researchers
This workshop explores how to incorporate undergraduate students into your research projects. We will consider the kinds of work they can complete successfully and ways to provide mentorship throughout the process. Most of the session will feature a discussion with our faculty panelists.
