Attend the Fulbright Scholar and Specialist information sessions, now through April 22

Have you ever thought about applying for a Fulbright to teach or conduct research abroad?

The Fulbright Scholar competition is now open, with applications due in September. Applications submitted during this year’s competition are for research and/or teaching abroad to take place during 2025–26 academic year. Grants range from three to nine months abroad, with most lasting a semester.

The Fulbright Specialist program is also open and accepting applications. This is a great program for applicants interested in short-term Fulbright work, which has a maximum of six weeks.

Come learn more about Fulbright opportunities and strategies for applying for both programs. Karen Engler-Weber, ASU’s Fulbright Liaison, will discuss different award options available for faculty, academics and administrators. Additionally, you’ll learn about the application process, important strategies for applying and the extensive ASU resources available every step of the way to support your Fulbright goals.

Multiple session dates are available. Sessions will be recorded and available for viewing outside presentation dates/times.
