We’re getting ready to recognize the achievements of all our graduates at the ASU Commencement and the Fulton Schools Convocation ceremonies.

Sign up to volunteer!

Fulton Schools faculty and staff can sign up to volunteer to help make the Convocation ceremonies a success!

Register on the Fulton Schools volunteer page and then sign up for Convocation roles, including diploma cover stuffing, graduate check-in, pre-ceremony grad seating and more.

Purchase or rent your faculty regalia

Faculty: If you have regalia from your doctoral institution, you are all set. If you do not have regalia, ASU provides the opportunity to rent or purchase regalia at a discount each semester.

The deadline to rent regalia online is Thursday, March 28, 2024. By renting early, you may rent regalia in the style of your conferring school. Pick up your regalia at the campus you selected starting Monday, April 29, 2024. Look for further instructions in your order email.

You may also rent faculty regalia at the ASU Bookstore on the Tempe campus. This rented regalia will be in ASU colors, not those of your conferring university. You may rent regalia in person at the Tempe campus bookstore up until the day of graduation. Find the ASU Tempe campus bookstore’s location and hours.

Fulton Schools faculty members can also purchase regalia by Monday, March 18, 2024. Orders take approximately six weeks to process.

Standard black regalia can be purchased at a discounted price using the forms for doctoral, master’s degree and bachelor’s degree levels using the linked forms. Return the forms via email as directed.

You may purchase custom regalia in the colors that represent your conferring university from Herff Jones by Monday, March 18, 2024. Discounts do not apply.

Attend the Fulton Schools Convocation ceremonies, May 4

The Fulton Schools is hosting two Convocation ceremonies, one for master’s degree and doctoral graduates and one for bachelor’s degree graduates. Graduates are encouraged to invite their friends and family to attend as they are honored by the Fulton Schools and celebrated for their immense accomplishments. No tickets are required for guests.

Convocation ceremonies are special events for all involved. Please show respect for everyone who has come to share in the experience. Individuals who engage in inappropriate or disruptive behavior may be removed from the event.

As a courtesy to those around you and to our graduating students, please turn off all electronic devices and phones during the ceremony.

Only working staff, graduating students and authorized guests are allowed in the graduate and staff entry points, or on the floor or field near graduate seating and the stage.

Students should carry their regalia into the event venue and put it on after going through security.
