Faculty: Purchase or rent your graduation regalia
ASU faculty members have the option to rent or purchase regalia to wear at graduation ceremonies.
Rent your regalia from Herff Jones by Wednesday, Nov. 1, 2023, at midnight EST. You can pick up your order at the campus you selected beginning Monday, Dec. 4, 2023.
The Tempe campus ASU bookstore will have faculty regalia to rent up to the day of graduation. Note the ASU bookstore rentals will be in ASU colors, not those of your conferring university.
Faculty members can also purchase regalia at a discount. Fill out the relevant discount order form linked below by Tuesday, Oct. 24, 2023.

Volunteer to help make Convocation a success!
Help with diploma cover stuffing on Tuesday, Dec. 5, 2023, and various roles at the Fulton Schools Convocation ceremonies on Thursday, Dec. 14, 2023! All Convocation roles are to be filled by Fulton Schools faculty and staff; student workers need prior approval.
Training for all volunteer roles will be on Monday, Dec. 11, 2023, 9–11 a.m. in Brickyard (BYENG) 660 on the Tempe campus or Zoom (breakfast provided for those in-person). Please hold the time on your calendars and a formal meeting notice will be sent about one week prior to all registered volunteers. Also, a detailed volunteer agenda with key information will be emailed to all volunteers no later than Monday, Dec. 11.
Volunteers will receive a white polo and a hot meal at the arena prior to the beginning of their shift.
