Judges needed for SCAI Capstone Showcase, April 25

The School of Computing and Augmented Intelligence, or SCAI, part of the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering, is proud to announce the spring 2024 Capstone Showcase.

Come see nearly 150 student projects that are designed to tie together the engineering, science and humanities research interests of SCAI students. Meet the students, talk to them about their projects, discuss their teamwork and explore their problem-solving strategies.

For each project, student teams worked collaboratively over two semesters under the supervision of a faculty sponsor to create solutions to real-world problems, taking an idea from initial design through prototype fabrication, testing and evaluation. The seniors also considered issues related to ethics, economics, safety and professional practice in their design solutions.

Want to get more involved? SCAI is seeking judges for the showcase. This is a great opportunity to network with faculty and industry partners. If interested, please complete the registration form by Sunday, April 21, 2024. Please note, this is an in-person event.
