IEEE PES is now accepting applications for the 2026–27 IEEE PES Scholarship Plus. In 2025, 244 students were selected to receive this scholarship.

Selected students receive:

  • Up to $10,000 toward educational expenses.
  • Networking opportunities with industry professionals.
  • Direct connections to P&E companies and internships

Eligibility:

  • Full-time undergraduate student with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Pursuing a degree in an IEEE-designated field (including engineering, computer science, math, physical sciences and more).
  • Attending an ABET/CEAB-accredited university or college in the U.S., Puerto Rico, or Canada.
  • Completion (or planned completion) of at least 3 courses related to power and energy.
  • U.S. citizen, Canadian citizen, or U.S. permanent resident.

Apply for the IEEE P&E scholarship by Thursday, April 30, 2026.
