Share with your students: Connect with industry leaders at SEMI Foundation’s “Women in Semiconductors: Empowerment in Action,” Dec. 11

Women in semiconductors

Arizona’s booming semiconductor industry is shaping the future — and students of all backgrounds can help lead the way. Please share this upcoming opportunity with students interested in STEM, innovation and inclusive leadership:

Hosted by the SEMI Foundation, this free half-day event celebrates women advancing Arizona’s semiconductor ecosystem. The program is open to all students and offers networking, mentorship and career development with a focus on inclusion and industry growth. The event includes:

  • Insightful panels featuring women shaping workforce development, innovation and leadership.
  • Practical strategies for career success in semiconductors and related tech fields.
  • A student-focused networking experience: the STEMinist Mix N Mingle, complete with mocktails, small bites and community-building activities.

Encourage students — especially those in engineering, computing and technology — to attend and contribute to a more inclusive and innovative future for Arizona’s semiconductor industry.
