ASU Research Advancement Teams

As part of its commitment to advancing and showcasing faculty research, the Office of Research, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship, or ORIEN, will support graphic design for faculty members who are invited to submit journal covers. ORIEN will cover up to $3,000 per submission, including both graphic design and any related page charges. If the cover is selected for publication, we will add it to our wall of fame.

We invite interested faculty members to take advantage of this program by completing the following steps:

  1. Find a graphic designer (either one from our list or someone else).
  2. Write to the designer to request a quote and scope of work. You can use this template as a starting point.
  3. After obtaining the quote and scope of work, fill out this form.
  4. Wait for approval. If approved, you can then pay for charges with a local account, which ORIEN will reimburse.
