The Office of Global Outreach and Extended Education, or GOEE, and the ASU Center for Semiconductor Microelectronics, or ACME, are hosting guest speakers Totok Mujiono and Astria Nur Irfansyah, from the Institut of Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember, or ITS, in Surabaya, Indonesia. Totok Mujiono Bio

Totok Mujiono is head of the Microelectronic and Embedded System Laboratory, or MESL, in the electrical engineering department at ITS. He finished his
undergraduate degree in electrical engineering from ITS in 1988, his master’s degree in computer science from the University of Indonesia in 1990, and his doctoral degree in physical electronics from Tokyo Institute of Technology in 2016. He has been a lecturer in electrical engineering at ITS since 1990, teaching various courses such as electrical circuits, electronics, digital systems, microprocessors, and more. He is interested in researchering optical biosensors and embedded systems.

Astria Nur Irfansyah Bio

Astria Nur Irfansyah is an associate professor of electrical engineering at ITS. As a member of the Microelectronics and Embedded Systems Laboratory, his teaching portfolio at ITS includes courses on semiconductor devices, electronic circuits, embedded systems, and integrated circuit design. At ITS, he also serves as deputy director for International Partnership at ITS Global Engagement since 2020. He is actively promoting integrated circuit design to students and supervising several student thesis on microelectronics and embedded systems. His current research interests include mixed-signal circuit design, neuromorphic circuits and embedded systems.
