We’re getting ready to recognize the achievements of all our graduates at the Fulton Schools Convocation ceremonies.

Faculty: Purchase or rent your faculty regalia

Faculty: If you have regalia from your doctoral institution, you are all set.

You can rent regalia from Herff Jones by the deadline of 10 p.m. on Friday, April 4, 2025. Your order will be available for pickup at the campus you selected when ordering starting Monday, May 5, 2025.

Custom regalia purchase orders can be placed online by the deadline of Friday, March 21, 2025, and have a six-week lead time.

Faculty may also rent faculty regalia in ASU colors from the Tempe campus bookstore up to the day of graduation.

Ceremony dates and times

The Fulton Schools hosts three Convocation ceremonies, two for master’s degree and doctoral graduates and one for bachelor’s degree graduates.

Master’s and doctoral degree graduates will be notified whether they will participate in the Maroon or Gold ceremony during or after the week of Feb. 17.

Convocation ceremonies are special events for all involved. Please show respect for everyone who has come to share in the experience. Individuals who engage in inappropriate or disruptive behavior may be removed from the event.
