Faculty: Purchase or rent your faculty regalia

Faculty: If you have regalia from your doctoral institution, you are all set.

Purchase faculty regalia from Herff Jones at a discount by Monday, Oct. 28, 2024. Note that lead times for custom regalia orders is six weeks.

The deadline to rent faculty regalia online is Friday, Nov. 8, 2024, at 10 p.m. Arizona time. You can pick up your rented regalia at the campus you selected when ordering starting Monday, Dec. 9, 2024.

Faculty may also rent faculty regalia in ASU colors from the Tempe campus bookstore up to the day of graduation.

Celebrate with the Fulton Schools community at Convocation, Dec. 19

The Fulton Schools hosts two Convocation ceremonies, one for master’s degree and doctoral graduates and one for bachelor’s degree graduates. Invite your friends and family to attend as you are honored by the Fulton Schools and celebrated for your immense accomplishment! No tickets are required.

Graduates are required to register to participate in the relevant Convocation ceremony for their degree level. Registration opens in My ASU on Monday, Oct. 14, 2024, and closes on Tuesday, Nov. 12, 2024.
