Attend Cohort of Recently-hired Educators Kick-off on Aug. 16 or 20

Attention all newly hired faculty to the Fulton Schools: please join the FSE Learning and Teaching Hub for one of two kick-off options prior to the semester start for the Cohort of Recently-hired Educators, or CORE, to begin the semester successfully!

Option 1: Friday, August 16, 2024 at 8:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. (lunch provided!)
or
Option 2: Tuesday, August 20, 2024 at 1:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Hosted by the FSE Learning and Teaching Hub, this kick-off equips all newly hired faculty with the teaching resources and information they need to begin the semester successfully! In this session, the team will overview promoting connections, establishing expectations, and enhancing belonging and involvement. Participants will have dedicated work time and leave with practical examples and actionable strategies to ensure an outstanding start to the semester. This opportunity is the first meeting of a year-long program, open to all faculty and instructors in the Fulton Schools. On-demand content, community of practice meetings, and instructional coaching will be offered throughout the year.
