Have you ever thought about applying for a Fulbright to teach or conduct research abroad?

The Fulbright Scholar competition is now open, with applications due in September. Applications submitted during this year’s competition is for research and/or teaching abroad to take place during the 2024–25 academic year. Grants range from three to nine months abroad, with most lasting a semester.

The Fulbright Specialist program is also open and accepting applications. This is a great program for applicants interested in short-term Fulbright work (maximum six weeks).

Come learn more about Fulbright opportunities and strategies for applying for both the Scholars and Specialist programs. Karen Engler-Weber, ASU’s Fulbright liaison will discuss different award options available for faculty, academics and administrators. Additionally, you’ll learn about the application process, important strategies for applying and ASU resources available to support your Fulbright goals.
