Apply now for the Faculty Fellowship Program starting January 2023

The Sustainability Teachers’ Academies program is pleased to offer three-year-long fellowships for engineering faculty at all levels in their academic career. Through this Fellowship, faculty will collaborate with teaching and learning experts to incorporate sustainability and real-world problem-solving and improve learning for their students into their course material. The Fellowship also seeks to support faculty efforts in action research, excellence in teaching, and mentorship.

The program will include an in-person, hands-on workshop in January 2023, a reflection workshop in August 2023, and a culminating participant conference in January 2024. Not only can participating faculty expect to receive a $1,000 honorarium, but they also have opportunities for conference presentations, faculty collaboration and course development.

The Fellowship is made possible by the Engineering for One Planet initiative of the Lemelson Foundation. If you are interested in learning more, please reach out to Molly Cashion at [email protected] to discuss the details of the program and see if it is a good fit for your career.
