The ASU Commission on the Status of Women Staff Mentoring and Development Program pairs experienced and excelling staff members with staff who are interested in developing their career and leadership skills. The program is structured to provide support, networking opportunities and professional development training to help staff members develop their careers and to become effective contributors to the New American University.
The ASU CSW Office is now accepting applications for the Summer 2022 Cohort of the CSW Staff Mentoring Program, which will run from July 2022 to January 2023. Complete program information and application materials are now available on the CSW website. Applications are due Wednesday, April 13, 2022.
This program is free and open to all staff members at ASU. This is a great opportunity to take that next step in your career!
Special program information sessions will be held on Friday, March 4, 2022, via Zoom for both mentees and new mentors. In these separate sessions, Karen Engler-Weber, program director for CSW, will discuss the program structure and the application process, and will answer questions you might have about the program. Attendance at an information session is not required, but encouraged. Register for the 9 a.m. session for new mentors and the 11 a.m. session for prospective mentees.
