The workshop will be facilitated by Lucy Deckard from Academic Research Funding Strategies, LLC. Deckard spent 16 years as an engineer conducting applied research and has broad experience helping teams prepare proposals to the National Science Foundation, Department of Defense, Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency and Department of Energy programs.

Fulton Schools Research Advancement personnel will share tips on budgeting and navigating other internal proposal writing processes.
