ASU and SRP are pleased to announce the release of the SRP Joint Research Program, or JRP, 2022–2023 RFP! The JRP is a cooperative effort between SRP and ASU. The purpose of the program is to pursue research and development projects that will directly benefit the electric utility industry and provide training for students at ASU.
Any principal investigators interested in submitting a letter of intent, or LOI, are welcome to request a 1:1 Q&A session with an SRP Champion to help create a more competitive LOI. For assistance coordinating this meeting please contact Lisa Irimata at lirimata@asu.edu or your respective ASU Coordinator. Any PIs interested in submitting an LOI are highly encouraged to read through the Project idea and R&D gap analysis PDFs provided by SRP. Note that invited proposals must collaborate with SRP engineers to develop the project proposal.
Please note that LOIs are due Friday, February 4, 2022, at 5 p.m (MST) to your respective ASU Coordinator. There is no limit to the number of LOIs a PI may submit for this round of funding. LOIs invited to submit a full proposal will be notified no later than Monday, February 21, 2022, with invited proposals due Friday, March 18, 2022.
