MacOS 11.0.1 Big Sur is likely to be released in mid-November, 2020. We are concerned that (as with Catalina upgrade) MacOS 11 will introduce new problems into some of our technology integrations. You may want to advise students to hold off on updates until after exams.
Please post an announcement in your course stating that students should NOT upgrade their OS if they are using a Mac. RPNow and Respondus may not work with the new upgrade to MacOS 11.0.1 Big Sur.
