Arizona high school students are invited to join The Challenge — a virtual engineering design competition hosted by Arizona State University, University of Arizona and Northern Arizona University. Participants will attend online seminars, consult with experts and work in groups to come up with engineering solutions for social distancing in school settings. The Challenge 2020
Thursday, June 18, 2020—Friday, June 19, 2020, and Monday, June 22, 2020–Tuesday, June 23, 2020
Begins at 9 a.m. PST each day
Register for $20 by Thursday, June 11, 2020 — scholarships are available upon request
Rising high school juniors and seniors (completed 10th or 11th grade) can sign up with their team of two to five participants at the time of registration. Participants can also sign up individually and be matched with a team.
Content will be delivered virtually via multiple platforms. Participants will need a computer that has a web camera, microphone and internet access.
All participants will receive a certificate and The Challenge 2020 t-shirt upon completion.
