The Fulton Schools Dean’s office will host three promotion and tenure (P&T) workshops in the spring. The workshops focus on:

• The P&T process
• Expectations for P&T in the Fulton Schools
• What internal and external reviewers tend to look for in P&T applications
• Recommendations for what to focus on in developing a strong record leading to promotion or promotion and tenure
