Faculty Workshop: Project management and lab safety

New faculty: Learn how to anticipate and adjust to issues related to lab setup and management through panel discussions and small group sessions with senior faculty in a workshop on Friday, November 30, 2018.

Lunch will be served.

Soon-to-be and recently tenured faculty will join new faculty in a panel discussion, followed by small group sessions, where teams of junior and senior faculty will focus on subtopics in self-selected areas of interest.

  • Establishing a lab culture
  • Advising students
  • Balancing funding, papers, research and service
