Attention graduate students!
The Graduate College is launching an electronic Pass/Fail Defense Form for students defending a thesis or dissertation beginning next week. All Graduate Faculty will most likely be adopting the DocuSign process for reasons of sustainability, security and student convenience.
The new form and its full instructions will route through DocuSign and automatically be emailed to the faculty committee overseeing the defense one day in advance. The form does not require a DocuSign account.
To ease the transition, the traditional PDF form will be available to your program’s Graduate Support Staff member on the day of the defense, during the 2018–2019 year.
