Students tests virtual reality deviceVirtual reality is becoming more affordable, less specialized and it is everywhere. It’s blending the real world and the virtual one for completely new experiences. 

The VR Innovation Challenge invites you to change a use case into an innovative system that utilizes virtual, cinematic, augmented or mixed reality to address and solve a real-world problem; brainstorm a problem or select one of the four sponsored problems. Your solution should be immersive, visually appealing and intuitive to interact with.

Spread the word! This challenge is open to all ASU students, faculty and staff.

Submit your two-page proposal by September 23, 2018

The finalist list will be released on the VR Challenge Portal on September 28, 2018. As a finalist you will receive funding to implement your proposed solution. At the end of the Innovation Challenge, you have the change to show off what you’ve done at the capability demonstration.
