Report an accessibility problem

We need your help to make the ASU graduate student experience as consistent and transparent as possible.

All graduate programs (master’s and doctoral) are required to have updated handbooks starting in the 2018-19 academic year.

Submit your updated handbook to Jason Bobis (jbobis@asu.edu) at the Graduate College by Monday, July 2, 2018.

Your submission should include:

  • An updated handbook (in PDF format), clearly identifying the name of the program and the date updated (or created, if new)
  • A cover note telling us how the handbook is made available to students and where it is housed for their easy reference

The Graduate College has developed a resource guide to help you make sure your handbooks are attentive to all the things graduate students need to know. They will be conducting a general review of all handbooks to make sure they include the resource guide’s best practices, with the expectation that units will provide the necessary level of depth and detail for their specific programs and available resources.

All programs are expected to distribute the handbooks to graduate students upon enrollment and post the handbooks on the program’s website.
