The facility currently has a FACS Aria IIu cell sorter and a Beckman Coulter Gallios cell analyzer. The FACS Aria IIu is equipped with blue, yellow-green, violet and red lasers that facilitate 15 fluorescent parameters and four-way sorting. The Gallios has blue, red and violet lasers capable of 10 fluorescent parameter analysis. The ASU Flow Cytometry Core Facility encourages users to reach out for help with multi-color panel design and analysis to ensure the best possible resolution of your data.
