Whether you are staff, faculty or a student, prep session are open to everyone, though ceremony roles are reserved for staff and faculty.
You have multiple opportunities to help out through Wednesday, May 9, 2018. The Gold Ceremony at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, May 9, 2018, is in most need of volunteers.

This semester, our ceremonies will also be ticketed. There are new positions within the registration called ticket collectors. If you want to fulfill this role you must attend a training session, which will be announced at a later date. This volunteer role requires strong customer service skills.
