Do you know a student that uses innovative visual methods to showcase research?
The Graduate College seeks students for the second annual Knowledge Mobilization Impact Awards. This is open to all doctoral or master students and current postdoctoral scholars that use knowledge mobilization products.
Examples of these products are TED-style video talks, blogs, podcasts, exhibits, infographics, op-eds, art exhibits and performances.
Research or travel funds will be allocated as a $250 award for a masters student, $500 award for a doctoral student and an $800 award for a postdoctoral fellow.
Once the student completes the application, they must send their knowledge mobilization product and a copy of their current cover letter to jennifer.rhodes.1@asu.edu. Be sure to include their ORCID* number in the cover letter. If they do not already have one, they must register.
All submissions are due Thursday, March 29, 2018. Apply now!
Semifinalists will be notified by Friday, April 6th, 2018, and will then be required to submit a video highlighting their knowledge mobilization project in three minutes or less. These videos will be reviewed and the winner will be announced at the awards ceremony on Thursday, April 26, 2018.
