Scott Shrake teaches an EPICS Gold course.

The Fulton Schools Dean’s office will host three promotion and tenure (P&T) workshops in March 2018 specifically tailored to engineering. Marco Saraniti, Vice Dean Faculty Administration, will cover all you need to know, with a focus on:

  •     The P&T process
  •     Expectations for P&T in Fulton Engineering
  •     What internal and external reviewers tend to look for in P&T applications
  •     Recommendations for developing a strong record leading to promotion or promotion and tenure.

If you are a new hire, probationary faculty, faculty mentor or considering submitting an application for promotion and tenure or promotion next academic year, you are strongly encouraged to attend one of these sessions. All workshops will cover the same material.
