Graduate students work in Michael Kozicki's lab

If you are mentoring an Fulton Schools master’s student, consider encouraging them to apply for MORE.

The Master’s Opportunity in Research Engineering (MORE) is designed to enhance a student’s engineering and technical graduate curriculum by providing hands-on lab experience, independent and thesis-based research, and the opportunity to travel to professional conferences. The MORE program operates during summer, fall, and spring semesters.

Students in MORE develop an idea under the mentorship of a Fulton Schools faculty member, then apply for funding. Once accepted, they perform research, attend workshops, prepare research summaries, and participate in the research symposium. Review the application guide for assistance.

Student applications for Spring 2018 MORE Funding are due by noon on Tuesday, December 5, 2017.

Faculty mentors may submit their Faculty Mentor Support Letter by 8 a.m. on Wednesday, December 6, 2017 to furi@asu.edu

Save the date: Fall 2017 FURI Symposium, Friday, November 17, 2017.

Questions? Contact Cortney Loui, coordinator, at furi@asu.edu.
