We’re preparing to throw the best party for our class of 2017 at the Fulton Schools Convocation ceremonies on Wednesday, May 10, 2017, and we need your help!
Sign up to volunteer between Friday, April 28, 2017, and Wednesday, May 10, 2017!
Spots fill up quickly so register now for your top preference.
We’re sending a lot of new engineers and technologists out into the world, so help stuff more than 2,000 diploma covers, or help with all the miscellaneous tasks that help make the event successful at the Convocation prep sessions. Both are held at various days and times at Brickyard (BYENG) 660 on the Tempe campus.
Snacks and parking validation will be provided! Invite your students to sign up too — these volunteer sessions are eligible for Dean’s Funding points.
At the ceremonies, staff volunteers are key to throwing a memorable celebration for our students. Help fill a variety of roles from check-in, seating, stage and behind the scenes activities.
