That’s how much more the Fulton Schools needs to reach our United Way campaign goal of $45,000. With $44,617 in hand or pledged, we are so close!

Help us make one last push before the campaign ends on Wednesday, November 30: Complete your pledge form — donation not required — by going to My ASU and completing the online process, or download the pledge form and send it to Mail Code 1304 or turn it in to your United Way representative.

Last week, we have had two departments with 100 percent participation. We now have one more that is very close, just missing one person’s pledge form! Overall we have responses from 28.8 percent of faculty and staff, a new record for the Fulton Schools, and nearly twice the 15 percent response rate from ASU as a whole. So far, ASU has raised $663,621 towards the overall goal of $725,000.

But it’s not all about numbers, that’s just how we keep score.

Those of you contributing your time and treasure to the United Way can feel good about helping our community, working to end homelessness in the Valley, helping make children ready to learn and creating a positive environment for working poor families.

United Way does all of this and more with help from people like us. As you gather with your families to give thanks, think of all the good United Way does for our community, and give thanks for the dedicated people who are making a difference!
