We’ve had a record response from all of the Fulton Schools for this year’s United Way campaign — and there’s still time to do even better.
This week, two Fulton Schools departments have reached 100 percent participation in the United Way Fund Drive: Engineering Communications and Development.
Overall, we have raised $41,682 from pledges and special events. To date, 308 faculty and staff members have responded from Fulton Schools for a total 27.5 percent participation rate. We’re getting so close to our goal of $45,000 that I’m confident we can reach it if you all maintain the push.
In a letter to all ASU faculty and staff yesterday, President Michael Crow said:
“In the past two months we have raised nearly $600,000, but we are not done yet. Our goal is $725,000, and I am challenging our faculty, staff and ASU Foundation to answer this call. Let’s continue to work together to keep ASU one of United Way’s most significant partners.”
Your participation is counted when you complete the form — a donation is not required. Go to My ASU to complete the online process, or download the pledge form and either send it to Mail Code 1304 or turn it in to your United Way representative.
Thank you for making a difference in our community through United Way.
