The Fulton Schools Homecoming Block Party was a great time on Saturday, Oct. 22, and we hope all who attended had as much fun as we did!

Staff, faculty, students, alumni, families and the ASU community showed some great Sun Devil spirit and we had a great showing from our research labs and student orgs.

Attendees learned about the future of energy with Quantum Energy and Sustainable Solar Technologies, launched bottle rockets with Daedalus Astronautics, and took a virtual test drive in stock car, built from the ground up by ASU’s student chapter of the Society of Automotive Engineers.

Our volunteer staff, faculty and students also stepped up and helped make the event run smoothly.

Thank you to all who attended, exhibited and volunteered!

A big, special thanks to Special Events Manager Kristín Olafs and Special Events Attendant Elizabeth Cross for organizing this event — from food to volunteers to exhibit space and more — and making it such a success! We couldn’t have done this without you both!
