AmpSeq involves highly multiplexed genotyping of known genes or loci by NextGen sequencing. In this workshop, applications of AmpSeq will be discussed such as cancer panel and metagenomics analysis. A series of steps in primer design and data analysis will be covered.
R for Graphing and Visualization

You will learn how to use the versatile R packages to generate and customize sophisticated graphs for genomic data, such as heatmaps. Basic R programming is desired but not required.
