The 2017 Benefits Open Enrollment period opens at 8 a.m. on Monday, October 24, 2016 and ends at 5 p.m. on Monday, November 14, 2016 (all times are local Arizona time). Action is required only if you want to:
- Enroll or re-enroll in a 2017 flexible spending account — visit the Flexible Spending Account FAQs webpage.
- Make changes to your 2017 benefits — use the Benefits Open Enrollment Worksheet to prepare your information to enter online.
- Update:
- Life insurance beneficiary information — visit the designate your life insurance beneficiaries webpage
- Home address — go to My ASU > Profile
If you take no action, your benefits coverage as of December 31, 2016 continues, except you will not be enrolled in a flexible spending account.
