The National Science Foundation aims to increase diversity in engineering faculty, and recently awarded a $2.9 million grant to seven leading engineering diversity organizations.
This group’s project provides ASSIST travel grants to fund underrepresented early-career faculty to attend conferences and professional development programs for academic careers in engineering.
