The Humanities, Arts, Science and Technology Collaboratory (HASTAC) conference seeks to emphasize and encourage broader conversations about the past, current and potential impacts of interdisciplinary work in research and education. Learn about new institutional or research configurations and collaborate through channels beyond academic publication to impact local communities, national conversations or worldwide systems.
Check out the schedule to find sessions of interest to you. Speakers include ASU President Michael Crow and directors from ASU and other leading universities. Representatives from GitHub Education, SLATE Magazine, the Modern Language Association’s Institute for Connective Academics, and the Arizona Science Foundation will host activities and workshops.
Encourage your undergraduate and graduate students to submit a poster proposal by March 31 for a poster session competition to showcase emerging project ideas and scholars.
The event is $200 for faculty and full-time employees, and $100 for students and part-time employees. Your students can receive a discount. Contact Michael Simeone at Michael.Simeone@asu.edu for more information.
