Do you have a colleague that makes ASU a better place? Did they go the extra mile on a project? Whatever the reason, recognize that person with a SUN Award.
The SUN Award is an easy way to give specific, immediate recognition to one of your ASU co-workers. It is a thoughtful, positive way to recognize the ways we work together to accomplish shared university goals.
You can email a SUN award to any staff person who demonstrates individual excellence in areas such as: continuous improvement, creativity, customer satisfaction, excellent performance, fostering cooperation, sustainability, valuing diversity and promoting Engineering and ASU. Complete the online form and include your reasons for why you are sending the award. Both you and your recipient will be notified by email.
In addition to receiving the SUN Award, every quarter five SUN Award recipients and one SUN Award nominator in Fulton Engineering will be drawn at random to have lunch with the Fulton Schools of Engineering Dean.
SUN Award recipients are also recognized at our annual Fulton Engineering faculty and staff recognition lunch. This year, the event will be held April 20, 2016. Save the date and plan to attend.
