The Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering has a new leadership program available for students! We recognize that engineers are expected to solve problems and offer innovative solutions to change the world we live in while being leaders in communities. The Fulton Schools Leadership Institute will help students develop their leadership skills through curricular, co-curricular and mentorship opportunities.

This program is based on the book Social Change Model of Leadership Development (Astin & Astin, 1994), which teaches that leadership is a purposeful, collaborative, inclusive and values-based process that results in positive social change.

Please help us spread the word and encourage your students to take this course, FSE 194: Exploring Leadership Potential. This is a 1-credit hour course, offered in the B session of fall 2014. It is a requirement to be eligible for the Fulton Schools Leadership Institute in the spring 2014 semester. Send your students to the FSE 194 inner circle article for more information.
