Report an accessibility problem
Monday 25 September 2023,

Registration for the CSW/SC Professional Development Conference will open on August 11, 2014. Seating is limited and tends to fill up quickly. Members of the CSW listserv will be given first access to registration information. If you do not already receive emails from the Commission, join the listserv by simply emailing “Join CSW List” to asucsw@asu.edu

The ASU CSW/SC Professional Development Conference 2014 will take place on October 1 at the Downtown and West campuses, and on October 2 at the Tempe and Polytechnic campuses. The CSW/SC Professional Development Conference provides readily-accessible information, resources and strategies to help individuals succeed in their current position and in their career.

The conference is free and open to all ASU faculty, staff and students. Attendees may attend programs at any of the four campuses. Conference attendees can stay for the whole day — or just attend a single session.  Save the date for this exciting event and make accommodations with your unit to attend.  Per SPP 601, supervisors and employees are encouraged to work together to identify reasonable work modifications to allow the employee to attend conference workshops, without negatively impacting service.

Webcast options available
The ASU Commission on the Status of Women and the ASU Staff Council are pleased to announce that for the first time, this year’s CSW/SC Professional Development Conference will feature webcasts of a variety of workshop sessions.  The workshop sessions will take place live on the Tempe Campus on Thursday, October 2, and will be available via live webcast for those that would like to view the session remotely from their computer.  Participants attending the webcast conference sessions will be provided with direct access instructions and workshop materials in advance of the workshop session.
