The ASU Commission on the Status of Women and the ASU Staff Council is pleased to announce the dates for our seventh annual CSW/SC Professional Development Conference. The 2014 CSW/SC Professional Development Conference is scheduled to take place on October 1 at the Downtown and West Campuses, and on October 2 at the Tempe and Polytechnic Campuses. The conference will run from 8:30-3:30 p.m. on both days. The goal of the CSW/SC Professional Development Conference is to provide readily-accessible information, resources, and strategies to help individuals succeed in their current position and in their long term career. Last year, nearly 900 people participated in the event and this year promises to be even bigger.
Each campus will offer an exciting variety of workshop sessions and special lunch time events, covering topics related to career development, workplace skills, leadership training, supervisory training, financial planning, family, work/life balance, among many others. It promises to be a fantastic event with something for everyone!
Information about the conference and registration will open first to members of the CSW email listserv. To join the listserv, simply email “Join CSW List” to asucsw@asu.edu or to Karen.Engler@asu.edu
