Fulton Engineering staff members Susan Borgers, Tami Coronella and Cheryl McAfee are among winners of the 2014 ASU Council of Academic Advisors Advising Awards. The awards recognize outstanding service as an academic advisor to students, a faculty advisor or advising administrator.
Borgers is an academic success coordinator for the School of Computing, Informatics, and Decision Systems Engineering. Coronella is an academic advising manager for the School of Biological and Health Systems Engineering. McAfee is a specialist for the School of Electrical, Computer and Energy Engineering.
The Council of Academic Advisors works to improve academic advising at ASU. The council’s advising awards recognize those whose work fosters the core values of the National Academic Advising Association of enabling the success of students and university leaders through effective professional advising.
