ASU’s Information Security Office has identified many inactive websites on the public.asu.edu domain. Known as the WWW service, ASU faculty, staff and students could host personal websites at http://public.asu.edu/~ASURITE.
Beginning on Friday, Jan. 17, 2014, users of this service will be unsubscribed if their websites have not had traffic in the last 90 days. No data or content will be deleted; the website will not be available for public browsing. Users will be able to access content through normal AFS usage.
