Graduate students and faculty are invited to nominate faculty for the Outstanding Doctoral Mentor Award by December 31, 2013. Nominees must be ASU tenure/tenure track faculty and have mentored at least three students who have completed their doctoral degree at ASU. Award recipients will receive $3,000. Submit nominations via email to psaldivar@asu.edu.
The nomination package must include the following items:
- A letter supporting the nomination.
- A current faculty vita documenting teaching, research and service.
- Courses and seminars taught over the past five years.
- A list of doctoral students mentored including student names, dissertation/thesis titles, research/teaching opportunities provided, time to degree (enrollment/completion), student awards and recognition and student placement.
